Leading Multinational Oral Care Company

Objective: To ensure promotion and sales of all the company brands present in 375 modern trade / retail small format stores across India. Ensure merchandising of various brands and maintain POP material at the store.

Program: This particular project will now be entering the fourth year of successful operation where the champions are doing sales of focused brands and also playing the role of a merchandiser in these stores. Placement of stock at shelf, maintaining POP, maintaining FIFO and taking additional visibilities, handling consumer queries and their oral care problems, detailing to the customers about the entire product range of the company.

Results: The champions demonstrated an excellent combination of merchandising and promotion skills in all these stores.

All stores have achieved sales growth in term of business varying from 30- 50%.

Leading Multinational Confectionary Company

Objective: Detailing and seeding chemist outlets across 6 leading metros for primary sales with showcasing of entire product range for period of 4 months.

Activity: The promoter had to visit unique chemist outlets across the locations and detail the entire product portfolio to the shop owner. He also had to explain about the various trade / promotion scheme of the company. The promoter had to take minimum sales order from the chemist outlet and Idonneous also had to ensure delivery of the orders taken. The main focus of this activity was to increase the market share of the company in the chemist RLA.

Results: Increased number of chemist shop owner as customer for the company and approximately 9000 new Chemists were added.

Leading Multinational Beauty Care Company

Objective: To increase the sales of the Hair Colour Category across 75 modern trade outlets for a period of 8 months.

Activity: The primary objective of this programme was to create awareness of usage of hair colour amongst consumers. The promoters had to identify the right hair colour for the customers depending on the texture and colour of their hair. Promoter had to attend the various customer queries on the usage of hair colour and explain to them the advantages of the same.

Results: Sales increased by 30% during the duration of the activity in all the 75 modern trade outlets.

Leading Multinational FMCG Company

Objective: To promote and create awareness of new variant of car/air freshener

Activity: It was a 6-month activity conducted at 60 retail outlet across 19 cities. The purpose was to create awareness of the newly launched freshener in the market by making the client aware of the effectiveness of the product by a demo. Idonneous ideated the concept of the demo, and this resulted in increased sale of the brand across all these outlets.

Results: The brand achieved 50% sales growth in terms of business

Leading multinational FMCG Company

Objective: To engage shoppers on the product awareness and superiority through live demo.

Activity: Mall activation mainly in modern retail outlets where promoters were doing a demo to demonstrate quick absorbency power of diapers in comparison to the other brands available in the market. It was a 3-month activity conducted across 100 retail outlets in 22 Cities.

Results: The brand witnessed an increase in secondary sales across all this outlets.
